You should do this kind of weight training constantly so you would not gain more weight. You should also watch your diet so you do not eat too much calories. Useless calories usually are turned to fat. That is why you should work hard if you eat so much.

On the other side, if your weight is under the ideal one, you can try to eat more. However, the food that you eat should complete all the nutrition that is needed by your body. You can try food combining in order to get the ideal weight that you want.
